Two people set out to sea, leaving a kitchen table, a map and two recently emptied cups.

As children, we read pictures in books by guessing, fantasising and associating freely with our own experiences as jumping-off points. We stop at details, move back and forth through the story. It is a way of viewing art that takes time, that is allowed to take time. For my bachelor thesis project I have explored sculptural storytelling and the reading of sculpture. I have actively chosen to let you as the beholder co-create the story, there are no rights or wrongs in how you interpret what you see. Welcome to a still adventure, a moment of free reflection in conversation, or silently in your own imagination.
